PhishRod & Amiviz commission CyberCentric to conduct a survey on State of Human Risk in MENA

CyberCentric, a leading cybersecurity research and insights platform, has partnered with PhishRod & Amiviz to launch a study on the State of Human Risk in the Middle East & North Africa.

As organisations continue to face phishing, social engineering, insider threats, credential compromise, and AI-powered attacks, human risk remains one of the most persistent cybersecurity challenges. Despite ongoing investments in security technologies and awareness initiatives, many organisations still struggle to effectively understand, quantify, and address human risk.

The study will examine how organisations are approaching human risk today, the challenges they encounter in reducing human-centric threats, and how emerging technologies such as AI are influencing the future of cyber resilience.

“The conversation around cybersecurity is shifting from awareness to understanding risk,” says Syed Abid Ali, Co-Founder & Chief Commercial Officer at PhishRod. “This study will help uncover how organisations across the region are approaching human risk, the challenges they face, and the impact emerging technologies such as AI are having on cyber resilience. With partners like CyberCentric and Amiviz, we are sure more organizations will join us in this initiative to address the human risk”

Cybersecurity leaders, practitioners, and decision-makers across the region are invited to participate in the study and share their perspectives on the evolving state of human risk. Contribute to the State of Human Risk in the Middle East & North Africa Report by participating in the survey today.

The final report of the survey will be released at GISEC 2026.
